What the workspace currently handles, and what still needs operator confirmation.

Policy status
This draft describes the current app at a high level. The legal operator, privacy contact, retention periods, legal bases and jurisdiction-specific rights process have not yet been confirmed.
Account and workspace data
The app handles your account details, projects, chat messages, generated code and version history. Optional setup answers include your work, team size, discovery source and project goals.
Prompts and attachments
Prompts and selected image/text attachments are sent to the configured CXOPIN AI service for processing. Attachment names are kept in chat history; attachment contents are not saved there. Provider-side retention and processing terms require separate confirmation.
Command execution
When you explicitly run commands, code and selected command files are sent to an isolated execution service. Do not upload passwords, private keys or sensitive personal records.
Public links
Published projects are accessible to visitors. A public page may expose anything included in its generated code or displayed content. Private workspace records are not directly exposed to anonymous visitors.
Choices and requests
You can delete projects from the dashboard and change site visibility. A verified contact and process for access, correction, account deletion and other legal privacy requests must be supplied by the operator.
